A venue walkthrough covers ceremony and reception layouts, weather contingency, supplier access and setup logistics, and confirming the timeline on site. Breakdown coordination covers decor breakdown, returning hired items to the right suppliers, packing personal items, a final venue inspection and managing supplier departures.

Questions about cost
How much does a wedding coordinator cost in Pretoria?
Our planning and coordination packages are R10 000 for The Mini, R15 000 for The Half and R20 000 for The Full. Every package includes your rehearsal and up to 8 hours of coordination on the wedding day.
Travel is added at the AA rate, plus any tolls or parking. If none of the packages fits, we quote your wedding on its own scope.
Do you offer on-the-day coordination only?
The Mini, at R10 000, is built for couples who have planned the wedding themselves. We step in four weeks before, take a planning handover of up to three hours, confirm your suppliers, run the rehearsal and coordinate up to 8 hours on the day, through to pack-up.
Which planning package should we choose?
It depends on how much is already booked. The Mini suits a wedding that is fully planned. The Half (R15 000) starts up to six months out and helps you through the remaining decisions and suppliers. The Full (R20 000) starts up to twelve months out and covers budget management, supplier booking, styling direction, and a wedding website and PDF invitation.
What costs extra?
Travel, at the AA rate plus tolls and parking. Optional add-ons are a venue walkthrough at R1 500 plus travel, breakdown coordination at R2 000 plus travel, and R500 for each hour beyond the 8 on the day.
Do you coordinate weddings in Johannesburg?
Yes. We coordinate weddings in Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand and Johannesburg. Package prices are the same everywhere; only the travel differs.
