The Mini

You plan, we execute · up to 15 service hours

R10 000

  • We step in 4 weeks before the wedding
  • Planning handover of up to 3 hours, online or in person
  • Shared digital planning documents
  • Final wedding-day timeline, setup and breakdown schedules
  • Supplier confirmations about two weeks before the day
  • Professional coordination of your wedding rehearsal
  • Up to 8 hours of wedding-day coordination on site
  • Full-day logistics, timeline and MC cues
  • Breakdown, pack-up and supplier collection oversight

The Half

You plan, we guide · up to 30 service hours

R15 000

  • Planning support begins up to 6 months before the wedding
  • Everything in The Mini, plus additional planning support
  • Planning consultation & roadmap of what is booked and outstanding
  • In-depth planning meetings through the remaining decisions
  • Supplier sourcing support and recommendations
  • Design development for decor, furniture, florals and direction
  • Assistance finalising menus, layouts and timelines
  • Site visits where required within the included hours
  • Final supplier coordination and wedding-week logistics
  • Rehearsal coordination and up to 8 hours on the day

The Full

You plan, you enjoy · up to 50 service hours

R20 000

  • Full planning can begin up to 12 months before the wedding
  • Everything in The Mini and The Half, with complete planning support
  • Live planning documents: budgets, suppliers, timelines and checklists
  • Budget management, built and tracked with you
  • Supplier sourcing, comparison and booking assistance
  • Creative guidance on decor, florals, colour palettes and styling
  • Stationery guidance on design and quantities
  • Layouts and logistics: timelines, floor plans and table layouts
  • Wedding website & PDF invitation, basic digital management
  • Rehearsal, final coordination and up to 8 hours on the day
  • A welcome gift from SSC
