Privacy Notice

Who we are

Signature Setup & Co is a wedding stationery, floral, styling and planning business based in Pretoria, South Africa. This notice explains how we handle personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we receive what you type into the form:

• your name and email address
• your phone number, event date, venue, guest count and budget range, if you give them
• the items you added to your list, and your message

If you go on to book with us, we also collect what we need to deliver your wedding, such as your address, venue, guest names for stationery and seating, and payment records.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver and invoice the work you book. We do not sell your information, share it for anyone else’s marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

A few service providers handle information on our behalf. Some are based outside South Africa, and each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments:

• Formspree (United States) receives the enquiry form and forwards it to our inbox.
• Zoho Mail (United States) hosts our email.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits. It uses no cookies and does not identify you.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.

Links to Instagram and WhatsApp take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is the enquiry list you build while you browse, so it is still there when you reach the form. It never leaves your device unless you send the form.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Records of bookings and payments are kept for five years, as South African tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@signaturesetup.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator.
