With qualifications in Floral Design, Styling & Décor and Business Management, alongside experience at one of Pretoria’s leading wedding venues and hundreds of weddings to our name, from stationery and signage to florals and full coordination, our team brings both industry expertise and creativity to every celebration.
We work across Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand and Johannesburg. Keeping the stationery, florals and styling under one roof means the lettering on your welcome sign carries through to the menus and place names, the palette in your bouquets is the palette on your tables, and there is one person to call rather than three.

8 answersHow do I secure my wedding date?
A 20% booking deposit secures your date. A quote, an invoice or a conversation on its own does not, so your date is only held once the deposit is in.
The full balance is due 30 days before the wedding. For florals, decor and planning, a second payment of at least 20% is due 30 days after the deposit, and the rest can be paid in instalments that suit you.
How far ahead should we book?
For planning, as early as you can: our Full planning package can start up to 12 months before the wedding, the Half package up to six months before, and the Mini package four weeks before.
Stationery takes about 10 to 15 business days to produce after you approve the final mock-up. Orders placed less than two weeks before the event are rush orders and carry a 5 to 10% rush fee, subject to availability.
Which areas do you work in?
Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand and Johannesburg. Travel and delivery are not included in package prices and are charged at the AA rate, plus any tolls or parking.
Will we see our stationery before it is made?
Yes. You get a digital mock-up to approve before anything is produced, with two rounds of changes included. Further revisions are R50 each.
Please check every name, date and spelling carefully before you approve, because the approved mock-up is what gets made.
When do seating charts and name cards get finalised?
About three weeks before the wedding. Leaving them until then means the usual last-minute guest changes can still go in without a reprint.
Can we choose exactly which flowers we get?
Packages use readily available flowers such as roses, carnations, chrysanthemums, gerberas and alstroemeria, chosen to match your colour palette. Specific varieties can't be guaranteed because of seasonal availability.
Premium flowers such as peonies, hydrangeas, orchids and imported varieties can be added at an extra cost.
Do you deliver stationery and signage?
Yes, by courier. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days on top of production time, and is quoted separately.
Are you the venue coordinator?
No. We coordinate your wedding: the timeline, your suppliers, the setup, the bridal party and the ceremony. The venue team stays responsible for catering, the bar and their own staff, and we work alongside them. Once the reception formally begins, the venue coordinator takes over.
